W.net’s LINC Toronto held its first event of 2010 on April 20^th at the Crystal Fountain Banquet Halls in Markham, Ontario.  Attended by 35 women from across Canada, the event proved to be quite a hit!

Beginning with a lively and engaging welcome reception, the event brought together a wide-range of women – representing nearly every facet of the electronic payments industry! Following the reception, attendees took part in evening’s networking sessions, where participants developed and rekindled connections, exchanged information, and provided each other with valuable insights and advice.  The networking sessions proved to be such a success that they ran nearly twenty-minutes over!

To close out the evening, attendees were treated to a wonderful keynote address from Erin Wolf. A seasoned executive and acclaimed author of Lessons from the Trenches: A Woman's Guide to Winning the Corporate Game, Ms. Wolf discussed how she has focused her career on driving the upward mobility of women everywhere in corporate America.  All attendees went home with a complimentary copy of her book!
